Update: Our motion was heard on September 2, 2008. The judge ruled against us. His logic is very curious. He claims he has no jurisdiction but suggests if we don't like the outcome of the hearing to come back to his court and sue for redress. We wonder how he does not have jurisdiction now but will have jurisdiction later?
